REDEFINING WHAT IT MEANS TO HAVE A SANDWICH……….
Since 2017 The Sandwich Station has been our family business serving visitors and residents alike superior sandwiches made from the freshest locally sourced ingredients. While we have fantastic relationships with all of our suppliers, George Grassie at Blackwater Bakehouse has excelled at sending us mountains of delicious freshly baked artisan sourdough breads which we use to make all your sandwiches.
Since the beginning of the ongoing pandemic we have adapted the shop with the comfort and safety of our customers and staff held paramount. All queuing and seating is outside to maintain social distancing which also allows you all to enjoy the stunning views over the Kilbrannan Sound.
In addition to sandwiches we serve freshly baked cakes and cookies along with ice cream tubs, cold drinks, coffees, teas and the finest hot chocolate on the island!
Whether it be for a picnic on Arrans beautiful mountains, a refueling stop on a long cycle or something to line the belly while awaiting the ferry, The Sandwich Station can more than satisfy your needs.
